1. DanceFit Tokens: DDR & DFIT
DDR is the token used within the DanceFit application ecosystem. The more DDR issued, the more health and happiness we bring to our users. DDR is mainly used in the app for upgrading NFTs, restoring durability, Mint & Forge, lives battle, video likes, purchasing virtual character avatars, skins, backgrounds, etc. The final version of the DDR output and consumption mechanism will be determined based on in-app data.
DFIT is the governance token of DanceFit and will be used for NFT upgrades and other functions, such as Mint & Forge of NFTs, purchasing limited-edition equipment for virtual characters, online dance live streaming rewards, video Boom lights, creating dance video NFTs, challenging higher-level dancers, etc. Additionally, users need to consume DFIT to upgrade their NFTs level.
DFIT main role is govern the project and act as a in-app profits. DFIT holders will decide the profit distribution. In addition, project will stake a large amount of DFIT, and more users will obtain governance rights.
2. NFT’s Properties and Functions
Pass NFT has 10 different levels and cannot be upgraded. Users can earn rewards from the daily bonus by liking (Boom) videos.

A. PassNFT Acquisition
Number of PassNFTs will distributed daily, depend on the daily active user, most of the Pass NFT will be sale in the market place and the some of the Pass NFT will be airdrop as a mystery box in the game. With the PassNFT, users can earn available “Boom” numbers for a certain time of videos watched, and the number of “Boom” per day will be increased based on the PassNFT level. “Boom” will increase the ranking score of the current dance video.
B. PassNFT Upgrade
To upgrade PassNFT to the next level required two same level of PassNFT, and one of the PassNFT will be destroyed after upgrade to the next level.
PassNFT of 1-10 level : “Boom ” 3-30 times a day, users can accumulate up to 10 PassNFTs.
Note: Users without PassNFT can receive one “Boom” per day. Users with PassNFT will have the actual daily Boom limit calculated based on their PassNFT level.

3. Watch to Earn
Watching videos daily can help earn a certain amount of DDR. Equipped with PassNFT, users can earn more DDR. The amount earned is related to the level of the PassNFT. The higher the level, the higher the earning limit, with the Pass NFT users can earn up to 160 DDR per day by watching videos
In addition to watching videos, uploading, commenting and liking can also earn DDR tokens. Equipped with PassNFT, users can earn more DDR. The amount earned is related to the level of the PassNFT. The higher the level, the higher the earning limit.

4. Leaderboard
The leaderboard is divided into Creator leaderboard and video leaderboard, which are ranked by comprehensive scores based on the number of plays, “Boom”, likes, and shares. The uploaders of videos in the leaderboard account for 60% of the revenue, while the fans who “Boom” account for 40%, and the dividends are distributed according to the number of “Boom”.
The Creator leaderboard is scored based on the weekly number of plays, “Boom ”, likes, and successful invitations, as well as the weekly new number of followers.
The video leaderboard is scored based on the weekly number of plays, “Boom lights”, and likes of each video.
The score calculation for the Creator leaderboard is as follows:
Int( [number of plays/500 plus weekly number of likes/200 plus number of comments/100 plus weekly number of new fans/50 plus weekly number of Boom/10 plus weekly number of successful invitations/5] * 10)
If the weekly number of plays exceeds 30,000, it is calculated as 30,000. If the weekly number of likes exceeds 12,000, it is calculated as 12,000. If the weekly number of comments exceeds 6,000, it is calculated as 6,000. If the weekly number of new fans exceeds 3,000, it is calculated as 3,000. If the weekly number of “Boom” exceeds 600, it is calculated as 600. If the weekly number of successful invitations exceeds 300, it is calculated as 300.
The score calculation for the video leaderboard is as follows:
Int ( [number of plays/500 plus weekly number of likes/200 plus weekly number of Boom lights/5 plus weekly number of shares/60] * 10)
If the weekly number of plays exceeds 30,000, it is calculated as 30,000. If the weekly number of likes exceeds 10,000, it is calculated as 10,000. If the weekly number of Boom lights exceeds 3,000, it is calculated as 3,000. If the weekly number of shares exceeds 500, it is calculated as 500.
All likes, shares, and Boom are only counted for the current week (calculated by the back management system), and are reset to zero every Sunday. However, the total number displayed for each video is still the sum of all the likes, shares, and Booms.
The video reward earnings on the leaderboard are distributed with 60% going to the corresponding video creator and 40% going to the audience who Boom the light on the video.
If the audience has a Genesis PassNFT of level 4 or higher, they can increase their earnings by more than 40%.
5. Video Tipping Function
Users can tip DDR tokens to each video, and 94% of the earnings will go to the video creator, while the platform will deduct a 6% service fee.
Recharge and transfer out:
DFIT can be exchanged and recharge directly from external wallet, to transfer out DDR and DFIT, you must have a PassNFT.
Economic model:
Web2 + Web3 audiences
Among them:
Web2 audience who watches videos provides us with a large user base, which is the foundation of the fans economy. People who watch dancing videos can give a like, Boom, and give gifts to the dancers, and they can also unlock the contact information or video of the dancers.
Web3 audience provide liquidity in the game. By trading NFTs and buying and selling tokens, they seek opportunities for profit in the price fluctuations of DDR and DFIT in the market.
Dancers required follower to purchase PassNFT in order to move into a higher rankings on the leaderboard. The more people who use and upgrade the PassNFT, the higher its value, and the more active the Web3 trading becomes, thus creating a cycle in the market.
6. Stable Output and Consumption Ratio
Currently, almost all X-to-earns projects in the market, including Axie Infinity and Stepn, have a one-time investment and stable continuous output in their economic models, essentially following a “Earn, Withdraw, Sell” pattern. The profits are only related to the amount invested and the overall situation of the project, and are not directly associated with other participants and elements. This pattern required in an exponential increase in the number of new participants who need to paid off the old user investment, ultimately leading to a death spiral.
To address this issue, we have designed a brand new Tokenomics model. Different actions can earn tokens, and if users want to earn more tokens, they need to upgrade their PassNFT and acquire more PassNFT with accumulation of attributes to increase their earnings.
Secondly, a considerable amount of non-profit driven demand will be introduced into the project, such as pursuing attractive virtual character, skins, dance backgrounds, etc. In addition, subscribing celebrity blog, voting for favorite KOLs, sending gifts, and so on are external elements that benefit the ecosystem
Many non-game health benefits have been designed. Participants in DanceFit are a greatly target-oriented group with high value in advertising and traffic. Dancers also possess natural attributes of live streaming and fans economy. When the project’s daily activity and traffic have accumulated to a certain extent, we will activate commercial models such as live streaming, live commerce, and advertising. At the same time, it is an excellent opportunity for us to collaborate with brand merchants who can provide clothing, shoes, hats, and stage background and related products the dancers need.
