The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform www.dancefit.app or the DanceFit Application and DanceFit mobile application users as to the information we collect, what we do with this information, and how your information is protected.

This Privacy Policy will outline our information administration practices in relation to the information we acquire at DanceFit and affiliated services. At all times, DanceFit strives to uphold the privacy of individuals and abides by the laws, principles and regulations of the BVI Islands.

By using Dancefit Global Ltd. (“Company” or “We”) services, including without limitation any of its applications or website (the “Services”), you consent to the terms and conditions of this privacy policy (the “Terms and Confitons”) and consent that all personally identifiable information that you submit or that is processed or collected through the Services may be processed by the Company in the manner and for the purposes described in the following privacy policy.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Types of Information We Collect:

1. Personal Data

While using our Service, we may collect and receive from you or from third party sources certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to: name, username, date of birth, digital wallet details, photos, videos of you, email address, your social network, other identification credentials and biographical details, and commentary or opinions about you.

We also collect information about your actions and physical movements in order for the App to deliver service, monitor, verify and calculate the performance of your actions.

Please note, some of our services require some personal data to operate, so if you choose not to provide the personal data necessary to operate, we cannot provide that particular service or feature to you.

2. User Communications

When you send an email or other communication to the Company, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our Services. We may send you push notifications to send you news and updates in respect of the Services.

3. Usage Information

When you use our Services, we may automatically receive and record information from your device and browser, including your IP address, IDFA identifiers (for iOS devices), Identifier for. Advertising (for iOS devices) and Google Advertiser IDs (for Android devices) (such identifiers are collected herein for the following purposes, among other things: frequency capping, attribution, conversion events, estimating the number of unique users, advertising fraud detection, and debugging) cookie information, search history, device ID, Android ID, your regional and language settings, the physical location of your device (if you have permitted your mobile or other location-aware device to transmit location data), network status (WiFi/3G), and software and hardware attributes.

We may use your location (city) (if you have permitted your mobile or other location-aware device to transmit location data) to learn how to adjust and personalize your use of the Services.

Our systems may automatically record and store technical information regarding the method and nature of your use of the Services, including without limitation which pages of the Services our visitors view, what games they played, their score, game advancement, any actions in-game, virtual content gained and impressions. An IP address is a numeric code that identifies your device on a network, or in this case, the Internet. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information.

The Company uses all of the PII that we collect to provide our services:

i) Evaluate your movements for accuracy, scores, and rewards;

ii) Investigate and/or prevent suspected fraud, or other criminal activities, or misuse of our services, including the collection and disclosure of user location and movement data for purposes in connection with our anti-cheating system, including detailed user behavioral analysis for these purposes;

iii) Authenticate your financial account information or process the transfer of your digital assets;

iv) Use your personal data for marketing purposes to provide or offer services to you. This includes, but is not limited to, keeping you up-to-date with our latest news, events, special offers, and promotion of our services. This includes both direct marketing and third party whom you have authorized us to disclose your personal information to;

v) Notify you about any changes to our products, website, application and/or other services offered;

vi) seeking your opinion and feedback on any of our services, including for the purposes of product improvement and customization, website/software improvement and personalization and other general services;

vii) for consumer engagement and/or customer service purposes, including but not limited to identifying the effectiveness of advertising, allowing you to participate on website viral features such as sharing website content and other community features;

viii) for other general services such as website/software security, maintenance, identification of fraud or errors, internal accounting and administration, and for any other purpose that we are required or permitted to do by law;

ix) Understand the usage trends and preferences of our users;

x) Use aggregate data for monetization.

In addition we may utilize overseas IT services (including software, platforms and infrastructure), such as data storage facilities or other IT infrastructure. In such cases, we may own or control such overseas infrastructure or we may have entered into contractual arrangements with third party service providers to assist us with providing our services to you. As we utilize cross border IT services and platforms which can be accessed from various countries via an internet connection, it is not always practicable to know where your information may be held.

4. Aggregated Personal Data

In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Services, Company often conducts research on its customer demographics, interests, and behavior based on the personally identifiable information and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and Company may share this aggregate data with its affiliates, agents, and business partners. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. Company may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.

5. Children

If you are a child under the age of 18, you must obtain parental consent prior to using our Services. The Company will not knowingly contact or engage with children under the age of 18 without said parental consent. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided us with their personally identifiable information, please contact us at the address given above, and we will endeavor to delete that personally identifiable information from our databases.

As part of providing the Services and generating and processing analytics, our affiliates, agents representatives, and third-party providers may have access to your personally identifiable information. The Company may also share personally identifiable information in the following circumstances:

i) As required for the provision, maintenance, and improvement of the Services;

ii) If we become involved in a reorganization, merger, consolidation, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of our assets;

Links to other services, sites, and applications may be provided by the Company as a convenience to our users. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other sites and applications, and you visit them at your own risk. This privacy statement applies solely to personally identifiable information collected by us.

9. Enforcement

The Company regularly reviews its compliance with this policy. Please feel free to direct any questions or concerns regarding this policy or our treatment of personally identifiable information by contacting us as provided above. When we receive formal written complaints, it is the Company’s policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personally identifiable information that cannot be resolved between the Company and an individual.
